Camp Aldersgate offers a unique setting for corporate meetings, team building, and company retreats in Central Arkansas. Located in the heart of Little Rock, our accessible, scenic campus provides purpose-driven meeting spaces designed to bring teams together in a meaningful way. From leadership retreats to team-building days, organizations choose Camp Aldersgate for its welcoming environment, professional support, and the opportunity to make a positive impact—because when you host your event here, your gathering gives back by supporting programs for individuals with special needs.

Camp Aldersgate limits its facility rentals to businesses and associations during the weekdays in the spring and fall. Due to demand, we are not able to accommodate personal gatherings, birthday parties or weddings. During the summer, our facilities are dedicated to our summer camp program and are not available to rent.

Activities at Camp Aldersgate for Facility Rentals

Facilities

When planning meetings, retreats or business team-building sessions, consider renting our beautiful 12,000 square foot stone, steel and glass facility, the Commons Building. This building can hold up to 250 guests in the main dining hall. There are also two classrooms and large porches for outdoor activities.

With 7 cabins on the grounds, we offer overnight stays. The cabins are spacious and comfortably equipped with electricity, heat, and air conditioning, with screened-in back porches overlooking the woods. Each fully accessible cabin has 16 beds, 3 showers, and 3-bathroom stalls.

Bring the outdoors in! Two large garage doors open to let fresh air in on beautiful days. The Activity Center has a capacity of 150 with an art room, basketball goals and a small stage.

Enjoy an outdoor meeting under our open-air pavillion with picnic style seating. Surrounded by trees and an accessible playground, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out and enjoy nature.
